{Pinned: Perfect Beach Hair}

I want curly hair. Alas, I'm stuck with hair that is neither curly or straight, but a mismanaged flop of whatever it feels like in the morning. There are curls...sometimes. It's straight..sometimes. Very frustrating for a girl who wishes she woke up perfect in the morning! :) I found this beautiful tutorial for wonderful beach curls and thought to share with you!
